1. Personal Information
The term "personal information" means information that identifies or can be used to identify, transmit or search for the person to whom such information relates.
Hold'em GTO does not ask you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, physical address or other contact information inside the app. We do not require registration, we do not request location information through the mobile application, and we do not send newsletters by email.
If you contact us by email, we will use your email address and message only to respond to your support, privacy, subscription or app-related request.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information or other full payment details.
The app checks subscription entitlement status through Apple StoreKit in order to remove ads for active subscribers.
3. Advertising
Hold'em GTO uses Google AdMob to show banner and interstitial ads to users without an active ad-removal subscription. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, product interaction data, advertising data, diagnostics and related technical information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security and service operation, subject to Google's policies and your device settings.
You can limit ad tracking or manage advertising permissions in your iOS device settings where available.
4. Diagnostics
The app and third-party SDKs may process crash, performance and diagnostic information to keep the app working, diagnose problems and improve stability.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information related to the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Changes
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
